Because every order is whipped, poured, and packed in small batches, here's exactly what to expect from the day you order to the day it lands on your doorstep.

Processing time

Nothing here sits on a warehouse shelf. Every order is made by hand in small batches, so please allow [CONFIRM: 3-5] business days for us to make and pack your order before it ships. During launches, holidays, or busy seasons it may take a touch longer — we'll always let you know if so.

Shipping methods & carriers

We ship via USPS within the United States. Once your order leaves our hands, typical transit is [CONFIRM: 2-5] business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Processing time and transit time are separate — your total time from order to delivery is roughly the two added together.

Shipping rates

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $60.
  • For orders under $60, a flat or calculated shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

Order confirmation & tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation by email right after you check out. As soon as your package ships, we'll send a second email with your tracking number so you can follow it the whole way home.

If a confirmation doesn't arrive, please check your spam folder first, then reach out — we're happy to resend it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as quickly as possible — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually fix it. Once a package is on its way, we're unable to reroute it.

Delays, lost, or stolen packages

Once your order is handed to USPS, it's in the carrier's care and out of our hands. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we never want to leave you stranded — if a package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but didn't arrive, reach out and we'll help you file a claim with USPS and make it right wherever we reasonably can.

A few gentle tips that help: keep your tracking link handy, and if a package is marked delivered, check with neighbors and your local post office before it's reported missing.

Local pickup & markets
