How long until my order ships?
Everything is made in small batches, so orders typically ship within a few business days. If something is freshly being made, we’ll let you know.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — U.S. orders over $60 ship free. Under that, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States. For anywhere else, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Do I need an account to order?
Not at all — you can check out as a guest. An account just lets you save your details and follow your orders. Visit the Account page to sign in with a secure email link — no password needed.
Returns & Freshness
What’s your return policy?
Because these are handmade body-care products, opened items can’t be resold. If anything arrives damaged or isn’t right, contact us within a few days and we’ll make it right.
How should I store my products?
Keep them somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun. Natural butters can soften in heat — that’s normal, and they firm right back up.

Are your products natural?
Yes. We use simple, named ingredients — butters, cold-pressed oils, botanicals — and never harsh fillers. The full list is on every label.
Do you have unscented options?
We do. Several products come in Lavender and Unscented, which are gentle picks for sensitive skin.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are kept simple and gentle. If you have a known sensitivity, message us and we’ll point you to the kindest options.
Custom Orders
Can I request a custom scent or size?
Absolutely — custom scents, sizes, and gift sets are part of what we love to do. Just reach out through the Contact page.
Do you offer wholesale?
