We pour real care into every jar, and we want you to love what arrives at your door. If something isn’t right, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re a small, faith-rooted shop, and we treat every customer the way we’d want to be treated — with honesty, kindness, and a genuine desire to make it right.

A note on hygiene

Because our products are handmade personal-care and cosmetic items that go directly onto your skin, the health and safety of every customer comes first. For that reason, we generally cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used. We hope you understand — it’s the same standard we’d want for our own family.

Damaged, defective, wrong, or lost

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within [CONFIRM: 7] days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

If a package goes missing in transit, reach out and we’ll do everything we can to help track it down and make things right.

Unopened items
