Handcrafted, Small-Batch & Lovingly Made
Our products are handmade in small batches using natural and botanical ingredients. Because each batch is crafted by hand, slight variations in color, scent, texture, and consistency from batch to batch are completely normal and expected. These natural variations are a hallmark of genuinely handcrafted goods and never reflect any change in the quality, integrity, or care poured into every item we make.
Results & Reactions Vary From Person to Person
Skin, hair, and bodies are wonderfully individual, and natural ingredients meet each person differently. What feels nourishing for one person may not suit another in the same way. The results, textures, scents, experiences, and outcomes described by us or by other customers are not guarantees and may differ from person to person — and that is completely normal. We can promise the love and intention we pour into every jar; we cannot promise an identical experience for everyone, and we make no guarantee of any specific result, benefit, or outcome.
"Natural" Doesn’t Mean "Allergen-Free"
We choose our ingredients thoughtfully, but "natural" is not the same as "allergen-free." Our products may contain natural and botanical components — including nut-derived oils (such as shea, almond, or coconut), essential oils, herbal extracts, butters, and other plant-based ingredients — and any of these, even when pure and naturally sourced, can cause sensitivities, irritation, or allergic reactions in some people. If you have a known allergy to nuts, plants, essential oils, fragrances, or any other ingredient, please take extra care, and avoid any product containing something to which you are sensitive.
Please Review the Ingredients & Patch Test First
A complete ingredient list is provided for every product, and we kindly ask that you review it carefully before purchase and before each use to confirm it contains nothing you are allergic or sensitive to. Before using any new product for the first time, we also ask that you perform a 24-hour patch test: apply a small amount to a discreet area of skin (such as the inner forearm), leave it undisturbed, and wait at least 24 hours, watching for any redness, itching, swelling, or irritation before applying more broadly. This simple, caring step takes only a moment and helps you get to know each product gently and on your own terms. Please patch test each product separately.
If Something Doesn’t Feel Right, Please Stop
If at any time you notice irritation, redness, rash, itching, burning, swelling, discomfort, or any unexpected reaction, please discontinue use right away, gently wash the area, and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if needed. Discontinue use as well if any condition appears, persists, or worsens. Listen to your body — it knows you best, and your wellbeing always comes first.
